Refunds,Returns and Damaged Boards

If you need help selecting your product, call us, or email. Inspect your boards as soon as you receive them. Not all products are returnable and needless to say, it is a costly and time consuming approach to business which we wish to avoid. We do charge a 25% restocking fee, you are responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping costs will not be refunded. The boards HAVE to arrive back to us in good condition. When we receive the boards in good condition we will refund you minus shipping and the restocking fee. If we send you the wrong product, if the mistake is clearly on our end, we will resend the right product at no extra cost to you.

These boards can get damaged in transit. Because they are lightweight, especially the foam boards. We do our best to package them well. However accidents can happen and packages can be mishandled after they leave our warehouse. We require a photo of the damage boards and we then file a claim against the shippers, this often takes weeks or even months. It is never a fast process but we do our best in each situation to get you the board again, undamaged. Each situation is different. We will work work with you in the mst expedient manner because we know that damage boards are not useful to you.
