We cut the board as we get the orders. so we require 2-4 days to process the order prior to shipping.

We cut a 48 x 96 size sheet into the best possible yield for each size.
The sizes can be up to 1/8 inch short, so if you need an absolute exact cut, contact us and we can do it, but we will receive less yield per sheet.

Gator Board is much stronger than regular foam board, but is about the same weight.
