Non memory foam board retains a flat pinched edge when crushed. Useful for embossing and creating shapes with closed edges. When pinched the foam does not spring back to it's original shape like standard foam board but stays crushed. Useful in embossing and making shapes with a cloded edge. Also useful in picture frame backing, where a pinched edge can supply a snug fit in the frame.
